APRICOT JELLO MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1/2 more of sm. pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. apricot juice
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. or 2 med. cans "peeled" apricots (pit & drain saving 1/2 c. juice)

Dissolve Jello with 1 cup boiling water. In blender put sour cream and apricots and then gradually add Jello to blender. Mix well and put into small tupperware mold. (Spray mold lightly with Pam to prevent sticking.)
