1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar

Cream cake mix, 1 stick butter and 1 egg well. Pat into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Mix all other ingredients well and pour over first layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Very rich cut into small bars.
