BROWNIE PIE 
3 egg whites
Dash salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hydrox or Oreo crumbs, icing removed
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and salt until peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Spread in lightly buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 325 about 35 minutes. Cool and then place in refrigerator about 3 or 4 hours. Whip cream and spread on top. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate crumbs, or both.
