TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. Hershey cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8-inch pie plate. In small mixer bowl beat eggs; blend in sugar and butter. In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt. Add to egg mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chips, nuts and vanilla.

Spread batter into prepared pie plate. Bake 35 minutes or until set (pie will not test done in center). Cool completely. Cut into wedges. Top with ice cream and chocolate topping.

NOTE: 9-inch pie plate may be used. Bake for 30 minutes.
