FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Ice Cream
Hot Fudge Sauce

Beat eggs and blend in sugar and butter. Combine flour, cocoa and salt. Add to the butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until almost set. Cool. Cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.

HOT FUDGE SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
1/3 c. lite corn syrup
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except the butter and vanilla. Cook stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm.
