ORANGE BLOSSOM CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
3 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, cut up, do not drain
3/4 c. oil

Mix above ingredients. Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes (watch carefully).

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
Powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add pineapple and enough powdered sugar for proper spreading consistency. (Beat well after adding pineapple and powdered sugar.) Spread on top of cake (I leave mine in pan).

Note: This recipe makes cake - not pastries and is not to be confused with any commercially available pastry.
