COFFEE CAN DINNER 
4 (1 lb.) coffee cans
1 lb. ground beef
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Salt and pepper
butter
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk

Shape meat into 4 patties; place one patty in each lightly greased coffee can. Top each patty with 3 tomato slices and 1/4 of the corn. Season with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Cover each can tightly with foil.

Put cans on grill over hot coals. Cook 20-30 minutes. Stir Bisquick and milk to a soft dough; drop by spoonfuls into coffee cans. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes; now cover for 10 minutes more.
