CURRIED CHICKEN & PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked
1 lb. chicken, cooked & cubed (I usually marinate in soy & ginger & then grill)
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. yellow raisins
1 c. slivered or sliced almonds
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Mix the above ingredients and toss with a dressing made of:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. curry powder
About 2 tbsp. Mango Chutney or to taste
