3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tbsp. lemon extract or 1 tbsp. lemon and 1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Seven-Up or Sprite

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each. Add flour alternately with 7-Up or Sprite. Add extract. Pour into greased 12 cup bundt pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Occasionally cake will over flow so put a pan under it. Add a little more flour to a little more 7-Up to prevent this.
