3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
5 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. 7-Up soda Sprite or Mountain Dew

Cream the butter in mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beat with egg beater or mixer. Add sugar, flour and 7-Up. Add lemon, vanilla extract. Pour in tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until top is nice and crunchy. Sprinkle 10X sugar on top or use favorite icing.
