HONEY GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
3 lb. sweet potatoes or yams
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. water

Scrub potatoes. Cook whole in water to cover, 30-40 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and slice into 1/2 inch rounds. Arrange, slightly overlapping, in shallow baking dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat honey, butter and water until butter melts and honey dissolved, stirring occasionally. Pour over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes basting occasionally.
