PORK CHOPS IN WINE 
7 pork chops
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. diced dill
1/4 c. brown sguar
7 lemon slices
1 c. dry white wine

Grease skillet with a little oil. Brown chops well. Drain fat. Spread one side of chop with mustard, seasonings, and brown sguar. Put slice of lemon on each chop. Add wine. Cover and cook 50-60 minutes or longer.
