BROCCOLI BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained (no salt)
3/4 c. melted butter
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
6 beaten eggs

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into small balls and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
