SOPA PARAGUAYA (Corn Bread) 
1/2 c. white flour
2 1/4 c. fine cornmeal
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. oil
2 med. onions, chopped
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking powder and grated cheese. Set aside.

Saute onion in oil. Beat egg and milk together. Combine all ingredients. Stir just until blended. Pour into greased 9x12 inch pan and bake 30 minutes.
