PORK CASSEROLE 
2 lb. rolled pork roast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimientos (optional)
3/4 lb. wide noodles, cooked

Brown pork pieces and onions for 1/2 hour. Combine remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
