9 c. favorite Chex brand cereal
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. (1 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside. In a small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Place cereal mixture and sugar in a large plastic bag. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in a resealable plastic bag or other airtight container.
