1 egg, slightly beaten
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, slightly thawed
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter add to
1 c. stuffing mix (Stove Top)

Combine all ingredients except butter and stuffing mix. Add 3/4 cup stuffing mix to vegetable mixture. Pour into ungreased casserole. Top with 1/4 cup stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
