CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. carrots, diced and cooked in salted water until tender
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together and place in well greased casserole.

TOPPING:

Mix 1/2 stick butter with bread crumbs or crushed crackers. Place on top of carrots and cook at 350 degrees until bubbly hot (about 30-35 minutes).
