CREAM CARROT SALAD 
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
12 marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Also add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Cool slightly. Fold in remaining ingredients. Put in mold, if desired. Refrigerate overnight.
