1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. sugar
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine softened cream cheese, orange juice, rind and sugar. Mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Toss lightly. Chill before serving. 8 servings.
