BILLIE'S PEACHES 'N CREAM SALAD 
CREAM LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 (2 1/8 oz.) pkg. Dream Whip or 2 c. Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add orange juice; refrigerate until slightly thickened. Prepare topping mix (Dream Whip) according to package directions. Blend in cheese. Stir in pecans. Fold in gelatin mixture and pour into a 9x9x2 pan or jello mold. Chill 3/4 to 1 hour.

PEACH LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can (1 lb. 5 oz.) peach pie filling

If you can't find in store, use instead: 1 large can sliced, cling peaches and juice, thickened with cornstarch on stove; cool.

Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in pie or peach filling. Pour over first layer. Chill firm overnight. Fills Bundt pan mold within 2 inches. Serves 9-12.
