KIELBASA STEW | |
2 med. potatoes, peeled, cut up in sm. pieces 2 lg. celery stalks, cut up in sm. pieces 1 lg. onion, cut up 1 pkg. frozen corn kernels or 2 cans 1 pkg. frozen carrots 1 pkg. frozen peas 1 can condensed cream of celery soup 1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves, crushed 1 lb. kielbasa, cut up Heat tablespoon oil in skillet. Add cut up kielbasa, celery, potatoes and onion; saute approximately 5 minutes until kielbasa appears tender. Add soup. Gradually add about 1 cup water. Continue simmering. Add carrots, peas, corn and thyme; bring to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. |
