3 env. Knox unflavored gelatin 1 1/2 c. cold fruit juice 1 1/2 c. fruit juice, heated to boiling In medium bowl, sprinkle Knox unflavored gelatin over cold juice. Let stand 1 minute. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Chill until firm. Makes about 6 dozen 1 inch squares. |
