LASAGNA 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna
1 c. (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
1 c. (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. fat
2 c. (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion

Cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Drain. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream with noodles. Brown ground beef and onion with fat. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, oregano and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
