CREAM CHEESE COOKIES 
2 sticks butter (at room temperature)
1 cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar. Stir in flour and vanilla; mix well. Add pecans; set aside in refrigerator for about an hour. Divide in half. Roll in floured wax paper. Let set overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
