APPLE STRUDEL 
DOUGH:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. cold milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
3 c. sifted flour

FILLING FOR EACH STRUDEL:

3/4 c. sugar
Sprinkle cinnamon to your taste
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Melted butter

Cut together butter and flour. Then add cold milk and egg yolks. Mix well. Divide in half. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Roll dough out on a well floured cloth until paper thin. Brush with melted butter. Spread filling on the melted butter. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Make 2 large strudels.
