APPLE STRUDEL BAKLAVA 
1 pkg. Phyllo dough
1 1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. coarsely chopped apples
1 c. combined chopped walnuts and toasted almonds
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients and set aside in bowl. Place 6 sheets of phyllo for each layer, buttered, in bottom of buttered 15 x 10 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 mixture on sheets. Add 6 more sheets, each buttered. Add remaining mixture and top with the remaining phyllo sheets, buttering each sheet as you go. Press edges together. Score the sheet with a sharp knife into serving sizes in diamond shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
