CHILLED TERIYAKI VEGETABLE SALAD 
3 c. cauliflowerets
1 1/2 c. celery cut diagonally in 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 c. sliced red onion
1 c. sliced carrot, cut diagonally
1 1/2 c. V-8 vegetable juice
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In shallow dish, arrange cauliflower, celery, onion and carrot.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with slotted spoon. Makes 6 cups. Serve remaining marinade as dressing on salad greens.
