2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini, drained
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions, with tops

Beat baking mix, butter, garlic salt and eggs with hand beater until well blended; stir in zucchini and onions. Grease griddle if necessary. For each patty, spoon scant 1/4 cup mixture onto hot griddle; spread slightly. Cook patties until dry around edges. Turn, cook other sides until golden brown. Top each patty with dollop of dairy sour cream and thinly sliced green onions if desired. About 12 patties.
