LAZY DAY STEW 
2 lb. boneless stew meat (do not brown)
4 lg. potatoes
6 (or more) carrots
Small whole onions
Celery stalks, cut in chunks
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
2 beef bouillon cubes or granules
Salt & pepper to taste

Place meat in large Pyrex pan. Cut vegetables in chunks and place on top of meat. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables. Seal pan with heavy foil and place in 325 degree oven for 3 hours.
