CHEESE POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. cubed cheese (Velveeta)
1 c. condensed ream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk

Layer potatoes, cheese, and soup. Dot top with butter. Pour milk over top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover the last ten minutes to brown.
