CHERRY COCONUT DELIGHT 
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs (about 14 crackers)

Combine coconut, flour, brown sugar and cracker crumbs. Stir in butter; mix well. Press half the mixture in bottom of 8 x 8 inch baking dish; spread with cherry pie filling. Top with remaining crumb mixture; press gently. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm topped with whipped cream.
