1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 can instant cherry pie filling
2 squares butter
2 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix butter, flour, brown sugar and nuts together. Put into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Crumble with fingers. Put back and press into pan.

Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on package. Fold into cheese and sugar mixture. Spread on top of crumb mixture. Pour cherries over top and spread. Chill overnight. Serves 15.
