ITALIAN BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and add eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla and add flour mixture. Roll out, cut in small little shapes. Bake at 400 degrees. Bake 10- 15 minutes.
