ITALIAN BISCUITS 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs well; add oil, milk, vanilla and salt; blend. Sift flour and baking powder together and add to egg mixture. Take walnut size pieces of dough and roll in pencil shape and tie into knot. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 325 degrees. Make frosting and top each one with desired amount.
