CHICKEN LASAGNE 
1/2 stick butter
1 chicken
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. pimiento
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. milk
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Dash of oregano
Parmesan cheese

Cook and bone chicken. Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender; add pimiento, mushrooms, soup, milk and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cook lasagne according to directions. Put layer of lasagne, soup mixture and top with Mozzarella cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add another layer and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
