1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
About 3 lbs. meat
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. ginger
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix together all ingredients except meat. Cover the meat with the marinade and let sit 4 to 6 hours before grilling.
