CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in cubes
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Townhouse)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter and add cracker crumbs. Put half in bottom of casserole. Mix chicken, sour cream, soup, and broth. Pour mixture into casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
