CHEESY CHICKEN STRATA 
6 slices old bread
4 oz. American cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. paprika

Trim crusts and cut the bread into halves, diagonally. Arrange 1/2 the triangles on the bottom of 8"x8"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Top with the chicken and the remaining triangles.

Combine the soup, eggs, milk and onion. Pour over the casserole. Chill overnight. Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees until it set (1 hour). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
