GINGER-SOY SALMON 
2 salmon steaks
1 tbsp. powdered ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sherry

Place salmon steaks in a microwave-safe dish and rub both sides with powdered ginger. Sprinkle liquids over fish and turn to coat both sides. Cover dish with plastic wrap leaving space for steam to escape. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, turn fish over, recover and microwave on high an additional 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
