CREAM OF ZUCCHINI SOUP 
4 c. zucchini, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. dill
2 c. chicken stock
4 c. milk
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley, minced

Saute zucchini and herbs in butter, add stock and cook until zucchini is soft. Add milk and bring to a simmer.
