CHICKEN MARSCILLES | |
1 lg. fryer chicken, cut up (or 4-5 breasts) 1 lg. bottle Catalina French dressing 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 8 onion slices, 1/4 inch thick Brown chicken in 1/3 cup dressing over low heat. Add the onion slices, tomatoes, and most of the bottle of French dressing. Cover; simmer 45 minutes until chicken is done. The sauce leftover is especially good over mashed potatoes! Serves 4-6. |
