TURKEY A LA KING 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. onion
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked turkey
1 c. green peas
1/4 c. pimiento

Melt butter add mushrooms, onion, saute 5 minutes. Over low heat stir in flour, cook, stirring constantly 1 minutes. Gradually blend in milk and stock, add salt and pepper. Cook stir until mixture is thick and creamy about 5 minutes. Add turkey, peas. Heat to low simmer, then cover and cook about 5 minutes. Serve over biscuits, 4 servings.
