TURKEY OR CHICKEN A LA KING 
2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. cream or evaporated milk
1 minced green pepper
Some pimentos
Sliced stuffed olives
Salt
White pepper

Melt butter and add flour to make a smooth paste. Scald milk. Add seasonings. Add butter and flour mixture to milk. Bring to boil. Add olives, pepper and fowl. Stir while cooking. Add your cream last. Serve on biscuits, toast or pastry shell or noodles. Be sure fowl is hot when you add it to your gravy.
