6 chicken breasts or 1 cut up fryer
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms, stems & pieces

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken in baking dish. Combine melted butter, honey, mustard, mushrooms (juice and all), salt and pepper. Spread over chicken and bake 1 hour uncovered (may need to add a little water as it bakes). Then cover with foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
