SCRAMBLED TOMATO-EGGS | |
3 tbsp. tomato sauce (or to taste) 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (or "Sriracha Asian Hot Sauce") 2 tbsp. oil (for cooking in skillet) Crack eggs into a bowl. Add the tomato sauce. Add desired hot sauce. Prepare as you would regular scrambled eggs. It might take longer to coagulate because of the tomato sauce.
