CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Creamettes macaroni (7 oz.) uncooked
2 c. cooked chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 green pepper, chopped (can also use combination of red and green peppers)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimientos, if not using red pepper
4 hard boiled eggs

Combine all ingredients in 9x13 casserole. Can be made ahead and refrigerated at this point, even overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
