JAN HAGEL 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter, sugar, and egg yolk. Add cinnamon and flour. Pat evenly in 10 x 15 inch pan. Beat egg white and 1 tablespoon water with fork. Brush over dough. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
