CARAMEL FUDGE 
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine brown sugar, butter and milk in a medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Using a hand-held mixer, gradually beat confectioners sugar and vanilla extract into hot mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Cut after cool.
