1 lb baby potatoes
1 package of dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. butter

Mix first 3 ingredients in baggie. Let sit for 15 minutes while grill gets hot.

Make a foil packet big enough to hold the potatoes. Add potatoes and butter to foil packet.

Set on preheated grill for 30 minutes or until tender.

Great for camping.

Sometimes I add chicken (165°F) and a can of corn when camping. Makes a great meal.
